专家提示人类处于恐惧压力等不良情绪引发肥胖

据南非“健康24小时”网站近日报道,在南非运动科学院减肥研讨会上,著名心理学家达芙妮·库珀说,恐惧让人们越来越胖。

  库珀发现,人类大脑中存在一种“食物缺乏恐慌信号”,一旦食物不足,恐惧感就油然而生,到要放弃“吃”,就会焦虑、紧张。而人处于恐惧、压力状态,会导致皮质醇水平升高,进而导致暴饮暴食,造成体内特别是腹部脂肪堆积。即肥胖的罪魁祸首其实是恐惧、紧张所致。

  研究者建议,在减肥过程中先要放松心情,这样才不至于越减越肥。(新 华)
